FES Youth Incubator
Empowering Youth to Lead, Create, and Make an Impact
The FES Youth Incubator, led by the Future Entrepreneurs Society (FES), is a youth empowerment program that supports young people in launching their own community-focused initiatives. Through mentorship, resources, exposure, and network support, the incubator helps youth develop real-world leadership experience while creating meaningful impact in their communities.
Whether it’s organizing a charity concert, founding a student-led organization, or turning a small business idea into a reality, the FES Youth Incubator is a launchpad for youth with big ideas and bold purpose.
Success Stories from the Incubator
Bill Lin & Andy Liu – Co-Founders, Vancouver Youth Go Club
Bill (Grade 9, Vancouver) and Andy (Grade 9, North Vancouver) are both amateur 4D-ranked Go players who wanted to share their love for this ancient strategy game with others. With encouragement from FES, they co-founded the Vancouver Youth Go Club, where they now teach beginners, organize tournaments, and foster a growing youth Go community.
FES supported them not only through mentorship and encouragement, but also by helping them shape their idea into a real initiative, providing them with valuable connections to venues, players, and promotional platforms. Their journey is a powerful example of how passion can transform into leadership when youth are empowered with guidance, opportunity, and support.
