From Semiahmoo Secondary to Cambridge: The Journey of a Policy Advisor in Energy
🔹 Gary is currently a Policy Advisor at Natural Resources Canada, and has previously served as a senior research fellow at the Tianjin Energy Research Institute and a visiting energy policy consultant at the OECD. He holds degrees from leading institutions including Peking University and the University of British Columbia, and is passionate about energy policy, sustainable development, and youth empowerment.
